COUPLES THERAPY

Many times couples have what it takes to be successful in their relationship but need the support of a therapist to provide a supportive space to learn new relationship skills that can get you to the health of your relationship and heal the hurt from the past. Pre-marital counseling and foundational relational counseling is available as well.

INDIVIDUAL THERAPY

Starting individual therapy can be intimidating but Restoration Counseling will walk through hard situations, feelings and experiences in a supportive and non-judgmental manner. We will help you gain mental wellness skills that can help you navigate life more successfully.
